By using Kopijka, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
Kopijka is free to use for your first 10 records; beyond that, unlimited records, reports, analytics, financial advice, widgets, and Siri support require an Kopijka Pro subscription (Individual or Family). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are billed to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any saving or growth suggestions Kopijka generates are produced by an AI model based on the data you've entered. They're general, automated suggestions — not professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You own the expense, income, and receipt data you enter into Kopijka. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device secure, since your records are stored there.
Don't use Kopijka for anything illegal, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by law, and don't use the receipt-scan or voice features to submit content that isn't yours to submit.
Kopijka is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-detected receipt data or advice will always be accurate — always double-check important entries.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its advice or reports.
You can stop using Kopijka at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice where practical.
